Inhibition pharmacologique de la voie de signalisation NF-kB

Abstract : The NF-κB signaling pathway plays a crucial rôle in inflammation, immune response and cell cycle control. It therefore represents a major therapeutic target to treat diseases associated with inflammation, autoimmunity or cancer. Here, we present the various inhibitors of NF-κB that have been recently identified or designed and examine the putative advantages and pitfalls they may exhibit when used in the clinic.
